"We are afraid, failure would happen again if it is not prepared well," he expressed.
At the same location, Disdik Deputy Head, Bowo Irianto explained, his side will change auction scheme to anticipate delays in renovation. Last year, heavy renovation is done through consolidation auction. But this time it will be done in each sub-dept.
"We hope this scheme would ensure renovation quality since auction planning is done under department authority," he explained.
Meanwhile, school renovation planning is done by department. Including its specifications and each unit price.
"We encourage them to be like that because hard renovation is not an easy task to do," he mentioned.
